How do the workspace and service options differ?
Independent is a free solo workspace. Professional includes five total seats for $29.99 USD monthly or $305.90 USD annually. Studio starts at $299 USD monthly by agreement, with 15% off eligible annual packages. Enterprise and API services have separate custom quotes.
Is an account type the same as a permission role?
No. An account type sets workspace capacity and services; Owner, Admin, Contributor and Reviewer describe access. A creative credit such as editor, producer or engineer is recorded separately and does not grant permissions.
What uses a Professional seat?
Active workspace members and pending invitations to new people count toward the five seat allowance, including the owner. A person can have several contribution records without each record using another seat.
What is charged today?
Create your account first, then choose a workspace and billing interval. Professional is $29.99 USD monthly or $305.90 USD annually, with five total seats and no free trial. Review the full amount in Stripe before paying. Existing subscriptions and previously agreed trials keep their current terms.
Can people view public records without a subscription?
Yes. Published creator profiles and Creation Records can be explored through the public directory. Professional pricing covers the creator workspace and its paid capabilities.
How is the subscription managed?
Checkout is handled by Stripe. After a subscription starts, the dashboard billing area links to the Stripe billing portal for subscription and payment management.
What does the Studio starting price cover?
We shape the package around your production workflow, onboarding and evidence review needs. The written agreement confirms the services, supported tools, seat capacity, usage limits and final price. The starting price does not include unlimited usage or automatically add workspace seats.
How is AI review usage covered?
AI review uses an agreed allowance and requires separate permission for the evidence being analysed. Your allowance, limits and any additional cost are confirmed before activation. Public record lookups and referral credit months are separate from AI review usage; payment never purchases a verification outcome.
Which creative tools are part of the portfolio?
Our film, TV and video portfolio covers Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Resolve; our music portfolio covers Ableton Live, Pro Tools and FL Studio. Confirm the connections and recording capabilities available for your workflow before subscribing or agreeing a Studio package.
How are Enterprise and API engagements priced?
Contact us for a custom quote. We agree capacity, usage caps, access and service scope for your organisation or platform. API access and additional services are not activated by the Professional checkout.
