DigiBridge terms and programme rules
Clear responsibilities. A fair review process.
DigiBridge Inc, a Delaware corporation, provides the DigiBridge service. These terms explain the responsibilities for recording, reviewing and sharing work through our human creation programme. Your account agreement and the notices shown when you enable a feature also apply.

Using DigiBridge
DigiBridge connects registered projects, recorded creative activity, detection and review to support human creation verification. Use the service for work you are authorised to record, manage or submit, and follow the policy presented for your programme and recording scope.
Your account and team
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials private. Use your own verified account when recording contributions. Workspace access allows you to carry out the actions assigned to your role; it does not transfer a collaborator’s rights or permission to publish their private information.
Recording your work
Review the recording disclosure, choose the project file and grant the required permissions before starting. You can pause or stop recording. Only the covered activity can become part of that recording, so check gaps, sync and version details before submitting work for review.
AI verification and your permissions
Your dedicated AI verification agent analyses only the process evidence you separately authorise. It is read only: it does not operate your creative tools, rewrite source evidence or decide penalties on its own. Recording, AI analysis and publication have separate permissions. AI suspicion, an unsupported observation or a recording gap alone does not count as a confirmed incident.
The human creation programme
Prohibited AI assistance and software generated control are excluded from the strict programme. This includes agents, scripts and macros acting in place of the contributor, and synthetic assistive or remapper control. Ordinary playback, sequencing, musical automation, keyframes and rendering are assessed separately under the tool’s disclosed policy.
Accurate evidence and declarations
Declare relevant assistance, imported material and contributor roles for the version being reviewed. Do not tamper with records, replay evidence, share an identity or misrepresent who contributed. Renaming, reinstalling or moving a known version does not remove an established finding.
Warnings and publishing eligibility
The first confirmed incident produces a warning and holds the affected version from publication under the programme. The third distinct confirmed incident makes the project ineligible for directory submission and publication. A continuous episode is counted once, even when it contains multiple events.
Account consequences and review
A third confirmed project incident creates a private policy mark for the responsible account and opens a review case. Repeated abuse can lead to reviewed suspension or closure. The affected user receives the reason and a route to challenge the decision; responsibility is assessed for the account involved.
Challenging a finding
You can request review of a finding, assignment or decision and provide an explanation without uploading confidential creative files. Corrections retain the history and update the restrictions derived from the corrected finding. Restoring eligibility requires a fresh publication review before work is published again.
Publication and rights
Registration establishes a project record. Verification and publication relate to the selected output and its completed review. Your work remains yours; registration does not transfer ownership to DigiBridge. Publish only information you are authorised to share, and assess copyright, licences, credits and contractual permissions separately from the programme result. An identity check or activity record alone is not a finding of authorship.
Plans and service arrangements
Your selected plan and any agreement with DigiBridge set out the fees, billing period and service arrangements that apply to your account. Read the terms presented before purchase or renewal. Contact us about billing, workspace access or the effect of an account restriction on your subscription.
Privacy and changes
The privacy notice explains the information used for recording, detection, review and publication. Evidence collection excludes source footage, audio, creative project files and typed content. Recording, AI analysis and public sharing are separate choices. Material programme changes require the applicable notice and acceptance; later rules do not retrospectively change the policy accepted for an earlier recording.
