Connect your social accounts

From your creator profile

Save, connect and confirm.

Open your creator profile in account settings. Save any edits, then choose Connect beside the service. Review the disclosure, sign in with the provider and confirm the returned account in DigiBridge. Use the account or channel you intend to show publicly.

YouTube

Connect the Google account with access to your channel. The check uses the channel returned by YouTube, not an address you typed. If several channels are returned, reconnect with the specific channel rather than choosing one automatically.

Instagram

Instagram supports this connection for professional Creator and Business accounts. Personal accounts can still add an ordinary profile link. You do not need to connect a Facebook Page for the Instagram login flow.

X

Sign in with the X account you want to connect. DigiBridge confirms the account returned by X. This does not copy an X subscription badge or change your X profile.

Provider availability depends on its approved connection setup. If a service is unavailable, keep your ordinary link and return when connection is offered. DigiBridge reads the account details needed for the check. It does not post, read messages or collect your videos through this flow.

A clear profile record

Each level has a specific meaning.

Level 1: Identity verified

Your account currently meets DigiBridge’s required identity check. The public record does not display your legal identity documents.

Level 2: Identity and social access

Your identity check is current and at least one social account access confirmation is still valid. More connected accounts give people more references, without creating an authorship score.

A channel may be managed by a team. Connecting it confirms access at the time of the check, not exclusive ownership, a legal persona guarantee or authorship of every post. Identity changes, disconnection and expiry can lower the profile level. An ordinary typed link never grants a level.

From your work to its record

Put the right record beside the release.

Publish the eligible project version through its usual review process. Open that version’s Creation Record, copy its public link and put it in the video description, credits or delivery notes. Your profile connection helps people recognise the publisher; the linked Creation Record explains the work.

Keep a TV series or studio project with the workspace and publisher responsible for it, and invite contributors in their actual roles. Use the record for the specific episode, cut or release. Connecting a social account does not transfer project ownership or let a contributor publish on behalf of a studio.

Keep the connection current

Renew access or remove the connection.

An access confirmation lasts for 30 days. Reconnect to confirm it again, or choose Disconnect in your creator profile to remove the current indicator. Your manual link is a separate field and can be removed independently.

DigiBridge does not keep the provider access token after the check. It cannot immediately detect a later change to the account’s managers or permission revoked in the provider. The public record therefore shows the confirmation date and expiry. You can also remove the DigiBridge app through the provider’s own account settings.

Connected handles appear publicly only when you publish your DigiBridge profile. A downloaded record is a dated snapshot; always follow its current record link before relying on its level. Read the privacy notice.
