Your workspace

One production, clear destinations.

Use a project for the film, episode or campaign. Use an asset for the particular work being reviewed, such as an edit, motion sequence, sound mix or final cut. Your saved editor file stays on your Mac.

Independent creator

Create your own project and keep the recorded process connected to the version you deliver to a client.

Producer or project lead

Agree the deliverables, contributors and assistance policy before work starts. Make it clear which asset each person is contributing to.

Studio or post house

Choose the workspace plan and team access for the engagement. A seat provides access capacity; it does not transfer someone else’s identity or creative credit.

People and access

Everyone contributes through their own account.

Invite people to the workspace, project or asset they need. They accept with their own account and complete the required identity check. Never share a sign in or device credential to record another person’s work.

Choose permission

Owners and workspace admins manage team access. Contributors work within their granted scope. Reviewers receive view access to the records shared with them.

Confirm creative credit

Editor, producer, engineer or VFX artist describes the contribution. Review the declaration in Contributors and ask the person to confirm it. A credit is separate from permission to manage the project.

The Mac workflow

Connect the account. Choose the work. Start recording.

Recording means permitted activity metadata, not a video of your screen or a copy of your film. The intended film workflow starts with Premiere Pro, followed by Resolve and a separate After Effects connection. Use only a connection enabled for your installed version.

Connect your Mac

Open Connections, use the supplied Mac app and confirm the account and workspace in the browser pairing flow. Signing in does not start a recording.

Choose the destination

In a supported workflow, link the saved creative project file to the authorised DigiBridge project and asset. Do not rely on matching file names to join contributions.

Review permission and start

Read the collection disclosure and choose the recording scope. AI analysis needs its own permission. Use the recording control to start or stop; an unlinked file remains unrecorded.

Keep your source material private

Your source footage, audio and project files stay outside evidence collection
Typed content, passwords, prompts and screen recordings are excluded
Check the named destination and the recording status before working
A sync delay or recording gap stays visible rather than becoming a clean result

Review and delivery

Send the record for the version your client receives.

Review the available activity, contribution declarations and findings before choosing what to share. New edits and sessions are not silently added to an existing published selection.

Resolve questions

Check the evidence behind a warning and add the relevant context. An AI flag or gap alone is not a confirmed incident.

Choose a version

Select the eligible assets, contributor details and evidence fields for review. Inspect the public view before publication.

Share the current record

Give the recipient the record link alongside the delivered work. They should check its version and current status rather than rely on an old screenshot.
